This data cannot be used by Optiserve Messtechnik GbR to attribute it to certain users. Optiserve Messtechnik GbR is even less able to attribute data to a certain user if the pages of Optiserve Messtechnik GbR are accessed by a computer used for vocational or educational purposes. Optiserve Messtechnik GbR, though, compares the host name of the accessing computer or the IP address with a small, own list of host names or IP address ranges, which are known to belong to regular customers of Optiserve Messtechnik GbR. The website may then show under the menu item "References" (if applicable) some concrete hints to the existence of measuring devices already in the house (ie the company, the training center, the research facility, etc.) from whose network the page access was made. However, this additional function is only visible to employees from our customer base, it is linked to visits to our websites with relevant search interest for our measuring devices and is only and exclusively possible from the company workplace. There is no other than the described use of host name or IP address. A merge of this data with other data sources does not take place, the data is also deleted after a statistical evaluation.
